Worldwide distributed aircraft parts

It took nearly 2 years to develop the parts, and the design has been modified six times. We have been supplying the pressure die-casting, investment casting and forgings for about 92,000 seats for 8 years. These parts have a very strict cosmetic requirements and are thoroughly checked in every dimension in the UK before they go on to the US.

These components are a segment of an innovative, high speed turbine drilling system used for deep hard rock drilling. They are difficult to manufacture, as all blades need to be precisely even and at right angles. Our engineer oversees and quality checks a high proportion of the parts.

UK and German luxury car manufacturers

The average demand of the part is 160,000 per year and shipments dispatch on a weekly basis. They have been happy clients for 3 years now, with new orders continuing to come in. The inspection equipment is a bespoke optical inspection machine designed to quickly check the 27 holes that need to be at correct dimensions and angles within 5 seconds. Any failed parts are quarantined, and the machine will stop working if there are more than 5 failed parts.

It's a particularly difficult part, and the tolerances the customer wanted were tighter than the process supports. We had to travel to Germany to support the factory to try and resolve the issues, which we achieved, and this was sold at about 8,000 per month and was added to their latest high-end car model.

We have been supplying coreboxes for over 12 years, each corebox weighs about 2 tons and is used for making several hundred thousand castings of cylinder heads and blocks.

Since 1995, we’ve been your bridge between the design capacity of the West and the industrial capacity of China. We began as the London Oriental Management Company (later transitioning to One Point Two (China) Limited), and within two years, we founded a sister office in western China.

We established ourselves as leaders in the field of outsourcing, demonstrating an adept ability to navigate the world’s rapidly changing regulations and technology. We harnessed each change as an opportunity to bolster relationships with clients and manufacturers alike. In the process, we earned the trust of major producers, including Renault, John Deere, BMW, and Caterpillar.

In 2015, we recognized an opportunity for a physical presence in the United States, and we launched Skybridge Management in Seattle.

We’ve witnessed dramatic shifts in technology, communications, and global dynamics over the past twenty years, and the speed of those transitions will only continue to increase.
